• 2+ years .NET development experience (Web and Windows Forms)
• Knowledge in ASP, VB, VBA, ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, HTML, web services and XML/XSLT experience
• 2+ years SQL Server 7.0/2000, T-SQL
• 3+ years software development experience
• University degree in Computer Engineering/Science or related major
• Multi -tiered development experience
• Practical experience with design patterns (senior)
• Proficient in OO Technologies
• Work in development teams to identify, design, develop and test reusable code and objects
• Must have ability to work in a fast paced, results-oriented environment; learn independently and proactively seek solutions to problems
• Excellent problem solving abilities, critical thinking and analytical skills
• Superior oral and written communication skills
