Emirates - Flight Catering

 Emirates Flight Catering requires highly qualified, result-oriented and experienced professionals for the following positions:-

 

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS (ENGG:01)

Incumbent should have adequate knowledge in the maintenance of Catering Equipments, Boilers, Generators, Soft water plant etc. Ideal candidate will be an Electrical Engineering Graduate with minimum 10 years experience, preferably in the catering industry.

 

ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS (ENGG:02)

Ideal candidate will be a Diploma holder with 5 years experience in Catering or related industry.

 

AUTOMATION TECHNICIANS (ENGG:03)

Incumbent should have knowledge in PLC Design, Installation and Troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have knowledge with Siemens system and a Diploma with 5 years of industry experience.

 

BOILER TECHNICIANS (ENGG:04)

Incumbent should have adequate experience in the troubleshooting and maintenance of diesel steam boilers and knowledge with Cleaver Brooks brand. The ideal candidate will have a Higher Diploma in the design of PLC Systems with 5 years of industry experience.

 

A/C TECHNICIANS (ENGG:05)

Incumbent should have extensive knowledge in HVAC System, 3-4 years experience in maintenance of Centrifugal Chillers, Cooling Towers AHU's & Pumps and basic knowledge in BMS.

 

REFRIGERATION TECHNICIANS (ENGG:06)

Incumbent should have minimum 3 years experience in refrigeration system, screw compressor and Electrical Controls.

Rule 1 : Life is not fair - get used to it!

Rule 2
: The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.

: You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
1. The appointment will be on a permanent basis for citizens of Brunei Darussalam. For non-citizens, appointment will be by contract for a period of three years which is renewable subject to mutual agreement.
2. The annual salary range as follows:-
Lecturer :                       B$ 33,720 - BD$ 50,880
Senior Lecturer :             B$ 55,200 - BD$ 62,400
Associate Professor :      B$ 64,800 -
Professor :                      B$ 70,800
3. Academic allowance as follows:-
Lecturer (without Ph.D.) : B$ 300.00 per month
Lecturer (with Ph.D.) :      B$ 500.00 per month
Senior Lecturer :              B$ 600.00 per month
Associate Professor :       B$ 800.00 per month
Professor :                       B$ 1000.00 per month
4. Other benefits:
a). Bonus [1 month salary for Lecturer/Senior Lecturer, 1/2 month salary for Associate Professor/Professor] after each 12 months of satisfactory service.
b). Gratuity [25% of last drawn salary x 36 months at the end of the contract].
c). Education allowance and children's passage.
d). Subsidized housing [staff contribute BD$130 per month].
e). Free medical and dental services at government hospitals.
f). Interest - free car loan.
g). Annual leave of 48 days.
h). Passage and removal allowance.
 
At present there is no personal income tax in Brunei Darussalam.
