Al Basti & Muktha LLC requires the following personnel to support their continuing growth program.

PROJECT MANAGERS First class degree in Civil Engineering, with 15-18 years construction experience including 10 years in Gulf, independently handling high quality, fast track  building projects such as Hotels, Residential and Commercial high rise buildings individually valued at  Dhs 100 million and above, from start to finish. Must demonstrate the ability to  control a large team of engineers, supervisory staff and workers and deal with top class consultants, clients, specialist subcontractors and statutory authorities. Must be able to control and report project costs. Should have good knowledge of contractual matters. Age limit : 45 years.

PROJECT ENGINEERS First class degree in Civil Engineering with 10/15 years construction experience including 5/7 years in the UAE/Gulf.  Should have a proven track record of independently executing high quality, fast track building projects of   Dhs.50 million and above from start to finish.  Should have dealt independently with consultants, clients and specialist sub-contractors. Exposure to planning and cost control will be an added advantage. Age limit : 40 years.

SITE ENGINEERS BE Civil with 5 to 8 years experience, including 3 years in Gulf, in building construction from start to finish. Should be able to carryout structural work and high quality finishes. Must have lead a team of  foremen, chargehands and workers.

ESTIMATION ENGINEERS Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years experience including 10 years in UAE in the Estimation department of a large construction company involved in the construction of high quality fast track building projects of value in excess of 100 million. Should have in-depth knowledge of pricing of civil works and local subcontractors products/services and be able to  submit competitive tender bids over Dhs.150 million. Experience in conducting post tender negotiations with Consultants, Clients and suppliers is essential. Should be conversant with requirement of local consultants/statutory bodies

PLANNING ENGINEERS Graduate engineer, with thorough knowledge of planning and monitoring projects using Primavera / Sure Trak in large building construction projects. Should be well versed with sequence of activities in a large building project. Should be able to prepare and update base line master programmes,  cash flow charts, look ahead with good knowledge of contractual matters should have thorough knowledge of sub contract activities and interfaces with main contract works.

SAFETY ENGINEERS Candidate must be graduate engineer with safety certification from a reputed institute with minimum 5 years experience as Safety Officer in a large construction company employing in excess of 2000 people. Must be familiar with local safety rules and regulations. Relevant training and certification from local authorities a must. Age limit : 35 years.

QUANTITY SURVEYORS (Buildings) Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying with 5-7 years experience in Quantity surveying including  3-4 years in Gulf, dealing with major Quantity Surveying Consultants. Should have worked with a large contracting company in the Gulf and  be able to carry out day to day post contract administration of projects, monitor and prepare progress reports, bills, variation claims and carryout all  contractual correspondence for  large building projects.  Should have good knowledge of FIDIC.

MEP COORDINATORS (BUILDING SERVICES) BE degree in Mech./Elec. Engg., with 15 years experience, including  5 years in the Gulf, in coordination of all plumbing/elect./ HVAC services, drawings and site execution of all electro-mechanical works for multistoried buildings, hotels and commercial complexes. Experience in carrying out MEP coordination for large projects of Dhs.50 million or above with  leading MEP Consultants. Age limit : 40 years

QA/QC ENGINEERS (CIVIL)  Graduate Civil Engineer with a minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in high quality building construction work.  Should be familiar with ISO 9001, preferably as an Internal Auditor.  Should have minimum 5 years Gulf experience, with 'A' class construction companies as QA/QC Engineer, handling concrete and finishing works of large, high quality commercial/hotel/residential complexes.  Must have experience in dealing with multinational consultants.

LAND SURVEYORS Diploma in Civil Engineering, with minimum 4 years experience in the Gulf with reputed contractors, handling advanced survey equipment including Total Stations for high rise / large building projects.  Age limit : 30 – 35 years

GENERAL FOREMEN / FOREMEN Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10 years experience including 4 years in Gulf, in supervising all trades of construction i.e. shuttering, concreting, block work, plastering, tiling, marble fixing, etc. Must be well versed in handling dumpy level, have an eye for high quality of work and able to control 100 tradesmen.

SECRETARIES Candidates should be graduates with minimum 5 years experience, preferably 2 years with a construction company. He should have good communication, shorthand and self correspondence skills. Should be below 30 years.

DRAUGHTSMAN (CIVIL) Candidates should hold a Diploma (Civil) or ITI (Draughtsman - Civil) certificate with 6 years experience in building construction field. Gulf experience in building construction field. Gulf experience will be an advantage. Should be able to prepare drawings using Autocad Release 2002 for villas, multi storied buildings etc. Should be able to understand services drawings and prepare coordinated drawings.
