(1) SENIOR ENGINEER (CIVIL & STRUCTURAL): Ref No, JICME/07/11/1/SECS
Requirements
- Vacancy for at least1 Senior Engineer (Civil & Structural).
- Possess a valid Dubai Municipalities Structural Engineering Practicing Certificate.
- Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering recognized by Dubai Municipalities in UAE.
- With minimum 15 years of relevant Structural Engineering experience in the design and supervision of high rise (more than 20 storeys) office/commercial buildings.
- Conversant in UAE Structural Building Codes and construction practices.
- Carry out structural and civil engineering design independently.
- Liaise with Authorities on their requirements and follow through with proper submissions for building approvals.
- Co-ordinate and check Structural Engineering Drawings.
- Supervise and ensure all structural and civil works are done in accordance to drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in Softwares for civil & structural engineering and building works eg. Etabs and SAP2000 etc.
- Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and are required to be based in Dubai.
(2) CLERK-OF-WORKS (STRUCTURAL) - Ref No. JICME/07/11/2/CWSS
Requirements
- Vacancy for at least 2 Clerk-of-Works (Structural).
- Diploma in Structural Engineering or relevant technical qualifications with minimum 7 years of relevant site supervision experience in the construction of high rise office/ commercial buildings.
- Conversant in UAE Structural Building Codes and construction practices.
- Assist the Resident Structural Engineer in the supervision of structural construction works on site.
- Co-ordinate and check Structural Engineering Drawings.
- Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and are required to be based in Dubai.
(3) CLERK-OF-WORKS (ARCHITECTURAL) - Ref. No. JICME/07/11/3/CWA
Requirements
- Vacancy for at least 2 Clerk-of-Works (Architectural).
- Diploma in Architecture or relevant technical qualifications with minimum 7 years of relevant site supervision experience in the construction of high rise office/commercial buildings.
- Conversant in UAE Building Codes and construction practices.
- Assist the Resident Architect in the supervision of architectural construction works on site.
- Co-ordinate and check Architectural Drawings.
- Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and are required to be based in Dubai.
(4) CLERK-OF-WORKS (MECHANICAL OR M&E) - Ref. No. JICME/07/11/4/CWME
Requirements
- Vacancy for at least 2 Clerk-of-Works (Mechanical or M&E).
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualifications with Minimum 7 years of relevant site supervision experience in the construction of high rise office/commercial buildings.
- Conversant in UAE M&E Building Codes and construction practices.
- Assist the Resident Mechanical & Electrical Engineers in the supervision of M&E construction works on site.
- Co-ordinate and check Mechanical & Electrical Drawings.
- Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and are required to be based in Dubai.
(5) DOCUMENT CONTROLLER/ADMINISTRATOR - Ref. No. JICME/07/11/5/DCA
Requirements
- Vacancy for at least 2 Document Controllers/Administrators.
- Possess relevant technical qualifications in the construction of high rise buildings.
- With a few years of relevant experience are preferred.
- Support the project teams in the efficient control and administration of site documents/ records, which will include planning, organising, categorizing /cataloguing, managing, controlling, filing, storage and reporting etc.
- Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and are required to be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
(6) PROJECT MANAGER - Ref. No. JICME/07/11/6/PM
Requirements
- Vacancy for at least 2 Project Managers
- Ensure timely completion of Master Planning & Building projects within design & budget and meeting Authorities requirements.
- Degree in Structural /Civil Engineering or M&E Engineering or Architecture / Planning recognised by the Municipalities in UAE.
- With minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Master Planning projects and/or design & supervision of dormitory buildings or workers residential cities projects.
- Conversant in UAE Master Planning requirements, Building Codes and construction practices.
- Carry out project management on master planning and/or building design & supervision independently.
- Liaise with Authorities on their requirements and follow through with proper submissions for master planning and building approvals.
- Co-ordinate and check Drawings.
- Supervise and ensure all master planning and/or building design works are done in accordance to requirements.
- Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and are required to be based in Abu Dhabi.
7) BUILDING SUPEVISOR/ ASST. BUILDING SUPERVISOR - Ref. No. JICME/07/11/7/BSABS
Requirements
- Vacancy for at lease 2 Building Supervisors and at least 2 Asst. Building Supervisors to work with the Facilities Management Operations Team to enforce on maintenance requirements.
- With minimum 5 years experience in the capacity as building supervisor.
- Able to supervise building works, alterations and repairs and manage the contractor's performance.
- Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and are required to be based in Abu Dhabi.
(8) MEP TECHNICIAN - Ref. No. JICME/07/11/8/MT
Requirements
- Vacancy for at least 2 MEP Technicians to work with the Facilities Management Operations Team to enforce on maintenance requirements.
- With minimum 5 years experience in the capacity as maintenance Technician or supervisor.
- Able to supervise and manage the service providers.
- Good understanding of MEP maintenance requirements.
- Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and are required to be based in Abu Dhabi.
(9) ASST. FACILITIES MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS MANAGER - Ref. No. JICME/07/11/9/AFMOM
Requirements
- Vacancy for Asst. Facilities Management (FM) Operations Manager to work with the FM Operations Team to enforce on FM requirements.
- With minimum 5 years experience in the same capacity or as FM maintenance supervisor.
- Capable of planning, coordinating and managing of the service providers and contractors.
- Independent and able to organize maintenance schedules.
- Preferred with valid UAE Driving Licence.
- Good understanding of MEP maintenance requirements and FM scope of works.
- Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and are required to be based in Abu Dhabi.
