Saudi Railway Vacancies

The Saudi government had adopted a strategic plan to develop railways services in the Kingdom. This plan includes a number of major projects to expand the railways network and services and a program to privatize SRO.
According to the future plan of transport in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2025, the expected share of the railway sector for the transport of passengers would be 11% as compared to other means of transport for the distances of 380-500 km. While an estimated 12.5% of the 850-980 km range, 9% distances for 1250-1400 km.

The Mecca-Medina high-speed railway contract has been awarded to a Saudi-French- Chinese consortium. The Al-Rajhi construction group together with France's Alstom and China Railway Engineering won the civil works contract. The contract is the first stage of a major plan to build a 444km high-speed railroad linking the two Islamic holy cities of Mecca and Medina through the Red Sea port city of Jeddah.

The Saudi Railway Organization is recruiting various engineering field candidates (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Civil/ Communication/ Instrumentation etc) (fresher can also apply) for their Railway Line project through its China Contracting Co.
