The Supervision Committee for the expansion of Abu Dhabi International Airport (SCADIA) was formed following an Abu Dhabi Executive Council Decision). SCADIA has been granted to supervise the implementation of the expansion program through all its phases and until its final delivery. SCADIA has been given full authority to manage and follow up the implementation of the project. SCADIA is mandated to assign advisors, consultants and contractors, approve design, tendering and awarding projects to contractors for all the phases of the project to its final completion.
