Associated Construction & Investments Company LLC (ASCON), the civil arm of the successful ETA-ASCON Group, was incorporated in 1973 to undertake civil engineering projects in Dubai. The ETA-ASCON Group has over the last three decades expanded and diversified into a wide array of activities apart from developing a nationwide presence in the entire UAE and other parts of the world.
 
Safety Supervisor
Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering with additional Diploma in Safety with a minimum of 5 years of Experience as Safety Supervisor.
 
Site Engineering /Foreman
Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in site Execution in large construction companies. Prior UAE / Gulf experience is an added advantage. Candidates should be result oriented and should be able to control a group of charge Hands and workmen and get the desired output.
 
Land Surveyor
Diploma in Civil Engineering / ITI in Draughtsman ship with a minimum of 5 years of Experience as Draughtsman in large construction companies. Through knowledge of latest version of Auto Cad is a must.
 
Draughtsman
Diploma in Civil Engineering / ITI in Draughtsman ship with a minimum of 5 years of Experience as Draughtsman in large construction companies. Through knowledge of latest version of Auto Cad is a must.
 
Engineer-Concrete
Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of Experience in a Ready mix concrete unit.
 
Engineer Cut And Bending
Diploma in Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of Experience in a Supervisory capacity in a steel cut and bending factory.
 
Operation Concrete
Graduate Civil Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of Experience in managing a ready mix concrete unit.
 
Operatinal Manager-Cut And Bending
Graduate Mechanical Engineer with a minimum f 10 years of Experience in Steel cut and Bending factory. Should be able to handle a team people responsible for cut and bending the steel for a major project.
 
QA/QC Engineer
Graduate Civil Engineer with around 5 to 8 years of Experience in QA / QC activities. He should be conversant with QA/QC procedures and a good knowledge in ISO 9001-2001 is a must.
 
QA/QC Manager
in a reputed contracting company. The selected candidate will be responsible for the QA / QC activities of the company controlling a young team of QA / QC Engineers. He should be able to prepare Project Quality plan in consultation with the project manager. He should be well conversant with ISO9001/2000 and OHSAS quality management system and executing quality audits.
 
Quantity Surveyor
Graduate in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 to 8 years in quantity take off and Estimation in large construction companies. Experience in UAE / Gulf countries is an added advantage.
 
Project Engineer
Graduate in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of Experience in Execution in large construction companies. Should be able to guide a team of site Engineers and Foreman under him and he will report to the Project Manager. Prior Experience in UAE / G.C.C countries is an added advantage.
 
Contracts Manager
Graduate in Civil Engineering with an UAE Experience for 10 to 15 years in a contracting companies out of which 5 years should be in a similar capacity. Candidates should be conversant with all contract conditions. Knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract is a must. The candidate will be responsible for all contractual matters in the site.
 
MEP Coordinator
Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering. He should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in UAE in MEP works of large contracting companies. He will be fully responsible for coordinating various MEP activities at site.
 
Planning Engineer
Graduate in Civl Engineering and a minimum of 8 to 10 years of Experience in planning function in large construction companies. He will be responsible for planning and coordination of various activities at site. He should be well conversant with primavera and MS Projects.
